I am an applicant not from Dubai but from Abu Dhabi, CHC received my doc on Jan 2010, transfer to London on Feb 2010. I got my first file no on Feb 2010 but on July 2010 I received another file no. My consultant told me that this is part of the new system. Until now in the online status application mine is that received by visa office London, Can somebody inform me for about how long can I have my visa on my hand...Can anyone predict, any magicians. thank you in advance...

Regrets there may not be much magicians around, but your case would take around 1.5-2 yrs to finalize, from Jan2010.

Hi Hassan,

Nothing to worry. Get the new PCC and submit it. Currently PCC is required before Medical and UAE PCC is valid for only 3 months.

We have been asked to submit the IMM8 Application form and the background declaration. Since the phot's should not be more then 6 months old, I am just thinking of getting the new pic's done for visa purposes as well if we get PP request, Inshallah. Anyone who has been to any photogrpaher in Dubai or Sharjah who knows exactly what to without explaining him the matt finish, the sizes and all that?

There is one photo studio opposite Al Ghurair City, Deira-Dubai (Union Metro Stn side) next to the corner Shop called 'Iranian Sweets' managed by a Catholic family. Just tell them that you need the photos for Canadian immigration. They will properly handle the needful. No probs.

For the educational docs. to be submitted to CHC,New Delhi following instructions given on the Visa specific instructions for New Delhi.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you, your spouse or common-law partner:
•Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas;
•College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;

My question is i m the principal applicant and i do have my 10th & 12th Marksheet & certifcate but my wife doenst have her 12th certificate.She is DCA & diploma in Hospitality though,she has never collected her 12th certificate from school.
My question is is it ok not to submit the 12th certi.as its not mentioned in CHC New Delhi list too to submit 1th ,12th docs .
yr advice pl.
