Has anyone got Good Conduct Certificate by doing online?

I have just applied yesterday. I will let you know once I get the certificate.

Latest CIC Method of "Calculating Processing Times" Now they will update processing times every week. See it has become overall average time of 13-months as on 23rd December 2015

quite upset !! since 30th November 2015 the passport has been submitted at Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi and till now no news, set mails to both Abu Dhabi and London office even visited personally but all in vain. All our plans are shattered because of this delay, unable to travel for personal emergencies as well.

don't know what is happening in Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi, what taking it so long ... anyone know anything about it or having experience of such delay please advise as we are in completely blank don't know how long will it take more....

In short even after getting PPR your wait doesn't end there...need lot of patience

Hi

Today i saw this forum online. Nice to know many friends are in UAE aiming for common goal.

I received a mail from CIC, asking bank statements for two years. I have sent them through mail within a week. However, i have not received any confirmation from CIC that the documents are Okay for further processing. Is it necessary to send by post (it may take long time)?

Also, i received my medical papers on 10 DEC 2015, completed my medical tests on 16 Dec and dispatched on 22 Dec 2015 from Dubai. Now i am waiting for next step in the process.

Anyone can let me know what is the next step in the process and how long will it take to go for it?

We have received our passports stamped in october and deciding on the dates of our first landing.
Now my wife is pregnant and due in July and we need to do our landing before Oct..
I wanted expert opinion on how long would it take to get the child's immigration papers considering that we have only time till october to complete landing formalities and the baby is due in July.

Hi All,

I need some guidance from the experts.

This is the email my attorney received from the immigration when we raised a second CSE.

"Dear Applicant,

This is to confirm the receipt of requested FBI check for your spouse, however in order to continue the processing of your application, it is required that you send us an original FBI check for you, issued in May 2013. A copy that was attached to your application is not sufficient. Only original police certificates are acceptable".

I have sent all the original FBI clearances and documents to CIC. Don't know why they are saying its not original. My attorney is asking me to reapply for FBI clearance even though I have submitted all the originals and knowing it will take 3-4 additional months of processing.

Please advise.
