usually it took 2 weeks within UAE but if KSA then it may take more time.

Hey Bro, I received my request for passort submission on the 10th of April and passport was submitted on the 20th of April. Still waiting for the receipt of my passport. No sure whom to follow up with?

Dear All,
I live in Qatar and have sent my passport for Permanent Visa stamping to Abu Dhabi through Aramex and it reached at their office on 3rd May 2015. Still waiting for their reply.Now its been more than 15 working days. Don't know what they are doing with it.

Any idea guys that when will i get the passport back.

Today I got my PPR+UPDATED INFO CHART REQUEST for each family member from LVO...

I have a query guys...please advise me seniors...

I am in Abu Dhabi and my family is in Pakistan. It is clearly written in the PPR email that I need to submit my passport in Abu Dhabi and my family passport in Pakistan...but when i read the letter it is written that "all documents for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package"

Plus the updated info chart requires details of principal applicant and accompanying family members...

1. How is it possible to submit all documents in one package in my situation

2. Do I need to include details of all family members in information chart of each family member...because our passports are being submitted in different countries...


Experienced advise please...

Hey guys m working at abu dhabi received medicals on 13 April but due to emergency I had to request lvo to increase my time frame and they were kind enough to do that . When can possibly get my tlu and I sent docs on 22nd May 2015

Aramex told me this morning that return of passports is not allowed via return airway bill, they can only send it across. Aramex apparently stopped the service two months ago.

Is it okay to use DHL?

Regarding PP return service, please reconfirm from other ARAMEX store and Website of both ARAMEX and CIC
My passports were returned by CiC via ARAMEX to Dubai on 28-Apr.

Dear seniors...
I am new in this group.. i applied immigration QSW and received my CSQ .. and now I am going to apply in federal stage.. I got some doubts during filling out the form.. It would be grateful if you could clarify my doubts.
1. In background declaration question no.6 d there is a question any visa refused or denied... for me I had an application under FSW in 2010.. and i received file number and advised to submit complete application package to VO. Unfortunately i could not submit complete application package and in later time I have received my fee refund. So I am not sure whether it been refused or not. So what i need to put yes or no.

2. All UAE residents have emirates id.. do we need mention ad national id and it has English and Arabic part so need to be translated or not. Then the translator had to provide a sworn affidavit in presence of notary of public.
3. Current residence details i am here in dubai since last 7 yrs.. so I need mention the start date from first residence permit and to date the expiry of current residence. Is it right or not
4. All documents birth certificates and marriage certificates need to be notarized by public notary in India or not..
kindly put your suggestions.

No. not refused. It was an incomplete application followed by refund due to some reason.

Emirates ID number; translation; affidavit; notary etc are NOT necessary. You are a resident and not a citizen of UAE. Any Nation id of your home country (india) may add value not essential

yes. you will mention that you are resident n uae for last 7 years

Notary not necessary. Hope all certificates are in english

Thanks dear for timely reply...even the photocopies which we send to CIC doesn't need to b a certified true copy or not.
