If you are a resident of UAE for over 12 months, you are "eligible" to choose 1 from the following 2 VOs - New Delhi OR London.

Abu Dhabi VO does not process FSW applications.

Now it depends on which VO has been mentioned in your Generic Application form, but I am guessing its New Delhi.

Thank you for the reply.

Hope all the cc/dd gets charged soon

Hello friends
I have a question please if some one can help
i am Bulgarian , and i leave in UAE
i choose Bucharest visa office in my applications
is there any way that i can ask to stamp the visa in UAE

hello guys,
i just want to share my experienced and ask also your opinion in my situation.....

i have received a refusal letter from Canada Visa Office stating that
" i am not satisfied that your employer would be able to provide you with private and furnished accommodation in the household. this is based on the document submitted, household configuration and number of members in the house."

but i reckon that one of the reason also was because of the salary amount in my contract is 10.19 only where i think the minimum wage is 10.25. (am i right?)

Received my PER Email
Thanks Everyone for their support!!!

NOC 0112
App Date: Nov 10
Mode: DD
Encashed: Jan 12 (as per Email)
PER Email: Feb 3

Regards

Congrats to all with MR/RPRF and PPR.

Plz let me know:

1. Avg time taken by Abu Dhabi Embassy for visa upon submission.

2.Can we show partial proof of funds while landing for short period ( principal applicant and dependants) and inform immigration that remaining funds with be available or funds to follow or do we need to show entire amount at the same time?

3. Same query on POF, if only the principal applicant does landing, can we show proof of funds as funds to follow?

4. If we are able to get a job offer before landing, do we still need to show POF?

Thanks

Hi,

Just want an advise, yesterday i recieved an email from London VO requiring me to submit photo for me and my dependents, because the photo that we submitted in CIO is not as per specification. But i remember i just followed the photo requirements coming from their website before, i dont know why they said it's not from their specification..

Another thing, is it the right time to tell the VO that my wife is 1 month pregnant together with the revised photo that i will submit? or should i wait before the MR will come?

My timeline:
Docs reciept: 29-Sep-14
CC charge: 13-Dec-14
PER recieved: 9-Jan-15
NOC: 2131

Please need advise urgently.

Thanks

Nothing to worry for the photos, go to any professional photographer (Kodak Express etc.) and show them the printout of photo specifications (download from the CIC website), all of them are familiar with the canadian immigration photo specifications, let them take the photos and print.
For your wife's pregnancy in both cases your processing will get delayed, if you inform CIC now they will hold your medical request (most probably will not even initiate the BG checks) however if you wait till you receive your MR and then inform it might save you some time as most probably your BG check will be completed at that stage and then after the delivery when you inform them to proceed further you will save few precious month in processing, it is just my opinion.

Hi All,

I have received an email from LVO that the photos submitted while applying are not as per the requirements, and they have give me 45 days from the date of the letter has been issued.

Has any come across the same issues where you have to submit revised photographs?

Regards,
Sarvesh

Dear all,

I have submitted my PPs through my agent, as always they slack at giving updates. Any idea if and how we can track the progress on Visa stamping at Abu Dhabi embassy?

Apologies for my stupid question in advance! ::)

Waiting for a month ? that is too long. I suggest you chase your agent AND also approach embassy directly at Abu dhabi to help. Passport is an important document and you can demand in person
