Dear All,

We have applied under the NOC- 1111 and our application form was received on 1st dec 2014.

I would like to know ,If our application will be counted towards the overall cap from the date it was received at CIC, even if we have not received the file number and the application fee is not taken from the credit card.

Or is it that they will include us in the Total cap once the Fees is taken from the credit card.

Please do let me know

The analysis so far is the application is counted under CAP once the completeness check completes. Fee Payment is then initiated post which it goes into points assessment.

A successful points assessment will fetch you PER.

Application received date has nothing to do with the CAP count.

HI,

I have used my emirates id for writing the exam as proof, the issue is on the emirates id my father name is added to my name and the same name they issued on the certificate. Will this cause any problem.

Which certificate are you referring to ? IELTS ?

You will have to provide an explanation for this on a cover letter and include a copy of the emirates ID. That should suffice.

Hi Guys,

Has any applied for PCC from UAE and India. I understand that I need to go to Dubai police and get the clearance letter. However, how do I proceed with the PCC in India. Is it possible for me to get the PCC from Indian Embassy in Dubai? If yes, what is the procedure?

I will like to keep everything ready before I get PCC request just to save some time and speed up the process.

The steps are as follows:

1 - Apply for a PCC from Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi Police. If applying from Dubai Police - you can complete the procedure online by submitting a request for a certificate of good conduct ONLINE. You will need scanned digital copy of your PP, VISA Page and Photograph. The office already has your bio-metrics so this is skipped. FEE is around AED 230 and the procedure takes 5 working days.

2 - Once you have the PCC from Dubai Police, fill in the forms EAP-II and Personal Particulars (x3) forms available on the BLS Site here:http://www.blsindiavisa-uae.com/passport/page.php?title=Form%20download. This is required for PCC from the Consulate General Of India (UAE).

3 - Pay close attention to the size of the photographs required in the form. You will be charged 30AED if you wish to take it directly at BLS office (this step comes later).

4 - With the filled and completed form and the required documents (Original PCC from Dubai Police and a Photo copy of the same) go down to Indian Consulate in Burjuman.

5 - IC will only 'attest' your application and will return it back to you. You will then be asked to submit it to BLS Office in Khaleej Center or where ever it is now.

6 - BLS Office is always crowded and the submission process can take upto 4 hours.

7 - BLS will keep your passport and it will be returned along with the PCC via post. Total charges will be around AED 120.

LVO has asked me to send copy of UAE visa and Job Contract. But problem is that my company gave me visa for sales executive instead of computer engr to speed up the processing as sales visas are very easy to get. i have now asked them to change my profession on visa and they applied for it but it will take much time to process as it require my degrees attested from Ministry of education which is a long and expensive process. Now what Should i do?

I am thinking to ask company to write one explanation letter on company letter head to explain that i am working in IT profession but due to some problems and speed up visa processing they pasted my visa for sales executive.

Please give suggestions.

The explanation letter would suffice. LVO will not assess your application based on the 'Occupation listed on your Employment VISA'.

I have a question about this please. Once the Credit card is charged (as in my case), does the application show under the right column (pending applications i.e. complete but waiting MI review) or it is counted towards the left column (number of applications counted towards the 1,000 cap).

Its a little hard to accurately say that but i would say the count would first show up on the right column and then the left.

But you may not actually see that transition happen or it will not be very easy to assess as when it happens.

Hi,

I just want to ask, in your full documents submitted to CIO Nova scotia, you did not include a copy of your UAE Visa? If not, maybe they ask you a copy of UAE Visa for them to be satisfied that your "proof of admission" is belong to London Visa office for evaluation. And it is not about your NOC because they are not after of your position but rather to your Job description in relation to your NOC.

Hi All,

On the online file status it says "we received your permanent application on 12th September 2014."

Does it mean that they have charged my DD? I went to my bank this morning and they said they cant provide the details if the DD has been encashed.

Every year when your Iqama is renewed, a contract ( with your signature) is submitted by the Company to Shoun Department. Ask you HR department for a copy.

In my friend case,if a person is working on spouse visa and applied for immigration on the basis of offer letter.the company has not done the legal formalities. His wife is the primary applicant. And her noc is 1212. She is working in uae for the past 10 years but without any work permit. Is it a problem?

only ECAS change to descion made since Satarday.
..as per there email they finalize applicaiton in 10 working days.

PP should be sent to VO only after CIC requests to send it. Did CIC asked you to send the PP??
If the eCas changed to 'Decision Made' recently, you have to wait for approx. 2 weeks from that date.
