I don't think so but after receiving, it needed to go through necessary procedure within the VO to ultimately reach your file and then worked upon by your Visa Officer, I guess.

Hello all members ,

Did anyone undergone Re-medicals after getting letter from CIC for visa stamping?

I just got email for CIC that the office is ready to issue my visa so i have to submit my passport within 30 days.
The problem is that my medical is going to expire before this 30 days.
So I am planing send email to CIC and inform them that i would like to undergo Re-medical in order to get maximum visa duration.

Did any one performed Re-Medical before the stamping of visa?

The process is little lengthy you need to go to your own embassy and the have to raise the a request for your finger prints to saudi police if you are in Riyadh then their office is in Deira near Batha. They called it adala jinayie. They need one week to generate your finger prints report. You need to collect that and submit it Uae consulate or embassy. They charge another 250 aed to send back this report to Uae and get for you the report. Or if you want to do it yourself you need to send this to any of your friend in dubai they will get one for you in 3 working days.

I have got the letter from Pakistan Embassy, please let me know if I need to get this letter attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs or I can take this letter directly to Dirah police ?

Further also let me know whether i need to take original passport to Dirah police station or a copy will suffice ?

I did sent incorrect pics? will my application will be rejected or cio will request for new pics?? Very much tensed

For any incorrect entry or submissions, they return the whole bunch back and write exactly what you need to correct. First submission is normally checking all documents submitted are ok.

As far as my understanding, you can not appear in re-medical examination on your own unless visa office asked you to..
I would strongly advise to submit passport immediately to visa office & wait for their instructions; at times it is on discretion of a visa office to review or extend medical visa expiry date limit, hence immigrant visa can be extended..It does not happen too often but there is a chance as you might be having very less time, & I am sure that your visa office must be knowing about this fact.

If they'd asked to send the Schedule A form by Email then there's no need to send the originals by courier. give them 2 weeks to do the needful to progress your application to the next step.

I would strongly suggest to send the Hard copies by courier too to correspond with your email delivery. I had to do such formalities for different reasons.

Average CC charge date is a 110-120 days from the date of receipt of the application.

My brother has applied from Dubai for Quebec but his applications was rejected and they sent back all the documents and immigration fee cheque in normal post in July, but he did not receive yet. Please tell me what should he do?

How do you know the application was sent back in July? Why was his application rejected?

It takes around 3-4 months on an average for the package to come back via snail mail.

If his NOC is not HOT and he can acquire his IELTS report in original in the meantime, then I would suggest that he resend the application and not wait for the original application to return.

In the passport request letter, you are given 2 choices, to send via courier - only Aramex is authorized or to drop it off in their embassy in Abu Dhabi (Mon and Wed only are the open days for the public). As for the time it takes for stamping I hear varying timeframes from 1-3 days to maximum 1 months, so I guess it all depends on their workload or number pp arriving on the period your submitted your pp.

Yes, you can handover personally at Abu Dhabi and in return fill the aramex slip which is available at the counter.

They normally return in 3 days and max 10 days is specified in letter.
