Dear all, I am in dubai as well.

I am landing in Canada for my PR and i have seen Question # 21 on the PRC form:

Your Travel History: You must list all your absences from Canada in the last five (5) years, or since becoming a permanent resident if less than five (5) years ago. Fill in the dates of the period that should be assessed.

Since this is my first time landing to process PR, do i need to fill this question in the form although I live outside of Canada at time being?

Please urgently advise.

thanks in advance

You dont need to fill any form like this PRC Form, all will be done at port of landing..Once you would land at airport, you will be directed to immigration section for newly immigrants, they will do the needful, you need to provide them your canadian address and within 6-8 weeks, it will be dispatched at your given address.
Good Luck for your landing..

Dear Seniors,

I am staying in Dubai and working in HR now my visa title is not matched with my designation and the Police clearance certificate states my visa title , so I need an extra written explanation from my current employer to attach along my application? Please advise

Dear Peena,

Same case with me too. But I did not attach any explanation. I guess title does not matter much as long as your duties match the NOC.

My views. same advise I got from forum members as well.

Sushma, and the PCC is only valid for 3 months would we need to send it again after it gets expired actually I am applying next week :(

I am not really sure about PCC some say 3 months some say 1 yr. If its 3 months mine will be expired this month LOL. I am Aug 8 applicant.

What i understand from this forum, VO will ask for PCC if required during medical request. During that time we may have to apply again!
