Are u on Dubai visa ? ,, Sharjah visa holders also need to apply in Dubai CID or we can do it in sharjah if there is any similar offices ??

sorry, i can not answer this qn, because i m on Dubai visa, i guess you will have to apply in Sharjah HQs

Ramadan timings do not matter.

The whole process can be done online by using scan copies of your VISA + PP + Photo.

You need to pay online as well.

CGI will issue you a PCC only after you have a Dxb PCC.

I was referring to Dubai Police not CGI.

Once you have the PCC from Dubai Police you have to go to the Indian Consulate with the forms. They will only provide their approval and ask you to submit your forms to BLS in Al Fahidi Khaleej Center.

Go to BLS online site to get the forms.

Indeed. But as someone said, "Man proposes, God disposes". We make our plans but God has His own plans for us.
Of course even my circumstances have totally changed but I have faith that God must be having His plan for us for the better.
For a fact, I have more savings to survive canada settlement now as compared to 4 years ago, though it would be even more challenging to find a job at relatively senior position.
