My Medicals came in 8 days from the the date written on medical letter to the date I received in Dubai

@ Canada_4Ever,

Your anxiety is understandable. Lookout for 2-3 more days and then react by rejoicing (if you receive) or by politely requesting VO to have a duplicate if you do not recv in max 20 days.

My Meds were dated 06th March and I recd in Dubai on 19th March, if that's a solace to you. Give 2+ days to Sharjah P.O. 8)

Best Wishes,

Bestpal

thank you for your reply but in your case did they ask you if you have hypertension

hany
He asked if I take any medications for anything and I told him myself that I take it for hypertension.
As per my last correspondence with my VO, my case is under processing due to ongoing background checks only. Thats why i believe hypertension and medication is not something which will cause a medical rejection.

Thank you Bestpal and Hany and others brothers.

Now I have another tension for Medical once I will receive my Medical Instruction by mail and that is I had Hernia operation first in 2007, second in 2008 and last one was july 2012 though all were without any reasons and I am still quite fit after 2 operation and last laproscopy where doctor put the mesh in my right side abdomen.

My question to seniors are that off course I have to disclose all above to Medical Doctor during my Medical and will this any how can cause delay/refusal to my application ???

Please need some assistance or advice me if I need to hide it (if possible) from doctor ? which is possible only if he/she did not check on lower abdomen as two scars are visible for 4 years back operation.

Thanks in advance.

Hii.no need of hiding any surgery history from DMP,including hernia operations.believe me,inshallah it'll not affect ur case.hernia operations cant be the reason of delay/refusal.
All the best!

thank you DrA

I am quite neverous for this situation.

My Medical still not reach me but on its way by ordinary mail.

Inshallah I will disclose everything to DM and Allah is great to protect all of us.

Regards to all brothers and sisters

Dear quorax,bijubhai,bharatbhai & all,
Wishing all belated happy diwali!!
As we are relieved a bit regarding pre June cases and few of them have received their MR too,i am also expecting MR soon,
My question is my AUH visa is expiring in July 2013 and suppose if i get my MR in a month or two, sending pp can be a oncern.
My renewal of visa and ppr date is likely to collide.if i send my pp in Jan Feb 2013 and if it won't come before July 2013,i will be in trouble.
What can be the solution..
Expert .pl. advice..
Regards,
Edmonta

Dear Hany

VO must have mentioned to you the form Type and its name, you should submit the latest one which is available at cic website.
Do not use the old format.

Dear Seniors,

I am going to become crazy , till now I did not receive my PPR however my medical has been done on April and July for my newborn baby.
And my immigration consultant told me here is no reply from LVO in response to the case specific enquiry.
I don't know what to do. ????
Help me Plz.

Hi Edmonta,

As far as Passport is valid by more than 6 months, there should not be a problem.

Visa Validity is not criteria for Canada Immigration.

After PPR, you need to get your passport at earliest for renewal of Visa.

Would like to hear from experts here.

my advise will be to get your case history out just to make sure that your case is in order and has not been jeopardize your case i got my request done from www gcmsfile.com
trust me this would definately help(do it from your own side dont involve your consultant in this you can get your own private copy.
hope this helps
