Hi All,

I am out of my Canadian visa circle since July,12 just because of buzzzzzzzzy schedule and other problem which I am facing after submitting my resignation to my previous employer but now every thing is on track , thanks God . Between all this problems CHC become very fast and they process every thing very fast .

Today I have a good news which I want to share all my friends that today is my day .By the Grace of Almighty, today I receive my passport back after stamping shining Canadian visa .....................

Now I get this after a long time, 4 year journey its very tough for me some time but after a help from you guys now I done it , thanks again to every body for their support and help .

Now I am planning to visit Toronto on end of Jan,13 and I am searching a accommodation for 2+2 kids if you guys have any suggestion for me kindly let me know .

Today I received my M also i received a letter dated on oct 9th they requested updated police certificate and updated form; they requested the document within 30 days from the letter date which will not be enough to arrnge the documents. what shall i do?

1. Not required.
2. It should be exactly as in the pps. Eg.:

PPS STATE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPLIT IT AS
a) Hilary Rodham Clinton (in one line, either in Given Name or Surname) .......................................... GIVEN NAME: Hilary, LAST NAME: Rodham Clinton
b) Hilary (in Given Name), Clinton (in Surname) ............................................................................ GIVEN NAME: Hilary, LAST NAME: Clinton

Note: It doesn't matter whether the pps have "Bestpal" in the surname or "Clinton"... u should split it as it says in the pps.

The instructions mention that in all passports "The given name (first name) of passport-holder must be clearly printed on the Given Name line of the biodata page of each passport. The surname (last name) of the passport-holder must be clearly printed on the Surname Line of the biodata page of each passport. They should match your Updated Information Chart."

All our passports only include the full name in one line under "Full Name", no separate lines for given and surname. According to their letter "if any of the passports do not meet all the specifications (the above included), all passports will be returned without visas."

I'm not even sure if we have the option of amending or including Given Name and Surname to our passports, as they are machine readable and are not issued by embassy in the UAE, but in home country.

a) What should we do in your experience?

b) Do you think our passports will be refused for visa ?

c) In our initial application that was done by our consultant our names were split as follows (referencing your example): Given Name: Hilary Rodham, Last Name: Clinton.
Should we split our names in the Updated Information Chart as was done in the initial application or split them as you mention above?
