My ecas didn't change and I have sent my medical on 31/01/2012 is it normal I am too worry. I have sent cse and they replied ( please advised that your application is awaiting the results of routine backgroung checks )
But why my ecas still inprocess and the medical line is not added? Please advise me

It is not normal... u've exceeded the usual timeframe. Probably ur security clearance is yet inconclusive - which is why u don't have the 'MR' in ur e-Cas.

I feel you can and should dispatch your Passports directly to be sure and for expediency.

COURIER: Try this tested and trusted courier-Indian courier service 04-2737176 (reliable and inexpensive (55 AED) & they use DHL anyways for UK) or use DHL direct for AED 180. the choice is yours!

PHOTOS : Secondly, for photos, U can go to this photographer if you don't know where to go : Just near Union Metro STN (Deira) and opp Al Ghurair Centre/Mashreq Bank and next to Iranian Sweets- there is a studio (don't remember the name) you go and specify that you want the Photos for Canadian Immigration. (they know the specifications/Matt Paper/ But pls double check/verify)

thanks a lot for u Bestpal ,and everybody advised me , qorax , biju, all others

i sent everything on 08/08 as advised , and i am waiting , i used DHL airport termional 2 around 12 noon , and i received an sms on 09/08 that my shipping is received .

my consultant already attached an explainatory letter with my pasports that we have short time to land , in addition to an e mail . i hope that i receive back the passports in a short time.

shall i start selling my furniture and house hold, car ..... etc?
pls also advice about : what shall i take with me to canada ? how much money to carry and how to transfer the rest .. some people said to open a" premier acct in HSBC" so it will allow me to withdraw the money from canada ... what do u think ? or draft cheque is better ?

i am thinking to land in Calgary ... also i heard that job opportunities are good there ?

how is the weather for the tome being in alberta ? shall i buy more heavy winter cloths from dubai or to wear normal winter clothes until i reach than buy from there ?

i feel that all the information i collected during 3 years is lost from my mind !!!!!!

i had a travelling history to malaysia, i stayed their for 2 years on student visa, but i did not finish my studies in malaysia, i was scared that my application will not be considered, therefore, i hide this travel history on my application.

i am currently in process with date with my application, please guys, advice me, will i be caught at this stage as i am already in process? do they contact all countries during security check to find out travel history other then countries mentioned in PCC???

wanna share something interesting. my file got rejected due to miscalculation. I appealed n they ve reopened my file, asked for pcc, photographs, POF, n updated forms. I ve sent everything n within 5 weeks they ve sent my MR n RPRF. I ve sent my medical n RPRF 4weeks back. Interestingly my ecas status is still showing that visa officer has taken a decision n let u know soon. the same status it used to show when i ve got the rejection letter. after reopening my case, they have just changed the ecas status from decision made to in process but the content inside is still same.

I am still confused. What could be the reason not changing the content inside?

1.Household goods- Calcluate if the cost of shipping is more or cost of buying all the items in canada will be more, then take a prudent decision
2. HSBC can open advance account for you from Dubai Min balance 25 K CAD. But there are other far more cheaper options,.as far as money is concerened best is 85 /15 Ratio between Bank Draft and Cash.You can open the account on first day you land, DD takes 7 days to cash. Also note that carry enough cash to sustain yourself for 6 to 7 months. and 17 K firgure given by CIC is highly undrstated and you will not be able to live comfortably in this amount for six months.
3. Dont know about calgary and Alberta as i am in toronto, But i realised one thing once i landed here, all the winter clothing stuff which i brougt from Dubai is actually cheaper here, so ideally buy from area where you will eventually stay.. Alberta can get -40 some times, so keep that in mind... .
4.And regarding Job- Unless you are a specialist in some field like computer programmer or something.....you can very well kiss all your job experiance and education good bye, it was good to get you here but is not very helpfull to get a job, so start looking for some certifation and or diploma courses in your field.

U've a 50:50 chance of getting red-flagged.

But more seriously, why didn't u? Hiding material facts has severe consequences, while that Malaysian stay actually wouldn't have adversely affected ur processing, just that a PCC would have been needed.

Administrative reasons. Makes no difference to ur case processing.

I got my medicals on the 29th of May. My E-Case displays in process, but after emailing the Visa office in Warsaw, they told me they received my medicals. Now I wanted to know how long I have to wait for my passport request?

3-5 months. Most ppl get their's by 3-months...

I got it done from EmiratesNBD bank in Qusais, near Dubai Grand Hotel.
Is there anyway, we know if that has been encashed.

You can check with Mr. Solomon, he is the head teller in EmiratesNBD bank Quasis Branch, near Grand Hotel.
You can give him my reference, as he is my friend. He will let you know whether the draft has been en cashed or not.
