I suggest you please check CHC website, is your profile is available in category or not...

One of my friend trapped in same way and he lost his money without any result...and he could not get his money back as if he is asking for refund then as per the contract signed he is not eligible to get any money back as he is withdrawing his file/case back...

always do your homework first and then go for any decision...specially in case of agents :)

This is my personal advise as per my experience.

Good Luck

Thank you cool guy for your concern,
Well dear am new at all this applying stuff. Well at the moment am working with Etisalat as customer support officer or u can say customer service officer in Dubai. My qualification is BBA.
I called up global visas for this issue they said for customer service person it is not possible to migrate to canada. Later he said it is possible by 85% that is u apply by program called I guess IES something. It is like I have to pay them 7000 AED & they will take my CV n all docs & rewrite my CV as the need of Canada recruitment company. So that later I'll be getting an offer letter so I'll be getting WORK PERMIT thing. They seems to be a FRAUD. I have no idea what to do & where to apply, Am so NEW to diz & so LOST :-[ ???

Hi Kashsidd,

Dont get trapped into this fraudulent.....

You need to visit the CIC website and first determine in which NOC your professional fits ( NOC = Occupation List as per Canada)
am sorry to bother you but dear i can not find any NOC or Occupation list. All i get is Who can Apply >:(

Dear Seniors.. Kindly do let me know whether do I have an option to change my visa office. I mean,I am planning to shift my application from LVO to (New Delhi). Is it possible? LVO is veryslow in processing whereas NDVO already issued visa to applicants with similar timeline to mine. I am from Dubai, hence my VO is London. Please advise.

yes, this is most probably because the cap is reached for this year's applications. you'll have to wait till june end probably to see the new list of eligible occupations.

Dear Aaj just wanna ask u a fvr, I need to apply for canada but don't know HOW. i heard abt global visas, But i guess they r fraud. Can u or anyone else can guide me?

Will really appreciate your concern. :)

Yes, as explained by Coolguy, you can visit site "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp", which has detailed information to apply. However, first step is to check if your profession is in their demand list and also if cap is still not reached for that profession.

Yes, I just noticed it in below link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

It says that the cap for 29 occupations was reached on 8th of May. However, Khurshid can keep his documents ready to be submitted ASAP once new list is announced (provided his occupation is declared in demand in new list as well).

No u can't.
Once filed - our case cannot move between VOs unless CIC wants to do so due to system integrity.
