I am living in sharjah and send my application (noc 7215) from here on 3/05/2012 and today i saw that general cap is already reached on 8/5/2012, noc under which i applied is not reached yet but now i am really worried and somebody please help me how to find out weather my application is reached before general cap is full? Please help me from where can i find out this?//

There's no way of finding out unless they contact u.

My 2nd file number is mention on the refusal letter......!!!! I send them my origional experience letter today though consultant already late it and i am asking my consultant they aresayin g leagal department will take action against unfair decision they are giving us loly pop everyday!!!! so we decided although end of our journy has already declared but atlkeast if my consultant does not send them proper documents let us send by our side!!! I have my finger crossed now and leave on God!!!

I have a very different file number quoted on my refusal letter, I mean its not the file Number from CIO or from LVO.i dont know it seems so strange.

Then there is a probability that they have sent you refusal letter in error. You may wish to inquire about this by email.

If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date.

does it mean that if ever, the same category will be opened?

I hope you have noted my Ecas status mentioned here in this forum couple of days back.

Moreover yesterday i found out that the DD (Application fee for Accompanying family members) which i have sent on Dec 2010 along with my response for their ADR is not yet been encashed, I wonder how come they have sent me the 2nd ADR with out emcashing the DD.

Its appears so strange to me , My Ecas status, the Refusal letter file Number and also the DD not being encashed.

Let me explain you the whole situation. The DM is story is not new. This happened to me in 2010 when I submitted my complete documents within 120 days timeline and received official 2nd AOR in July 2010. After expiration of 120 days somewhere near September 2010, I believe, my e-case was changed to DM. Within a week of change in e-case I received a letter of refusal due to non-compliance with 120 days submission time. My consultant shoot an email attaching copy of 2nd AOR to London. Thereafter he received an email accepting their oversight. But since then till Oct 2011, there was no change in my e-case it remained DM in spite of my frequent inquiries over status update. In Oct 2011 they removed DM and replaced this with IP (one line). "We started processing your case on July 2010". Which was again wrong because this was the date of my 2nd AOR and not actual processing thereon. Now even I have received 6 to 12 month wait letter there is no change in my e-case. Long story and enough for today.

Something is wrong somewhere. It is better to clarify with them at this stage before it is too late. As you can see above that they sent me refusal letter in error and later they accepted their mistake.

Maybe its a mistake from their side (let's hope), you may enquire about this. Maybe they can re-check and correct their mistake.
