Hi Rlex,
This is an update...
Today my consultant called me and informed me that they got a letter from London VO stating that I have to wait another 6-12 months >:(

I don't know if this a positive indicator or a "Polite" refusal....
Let's wait and see.

Most of the applicant belongs to 0213 and 4131 getting that kind of letter from LVO, might be both NOC's are not on the priority list. But you're one of the lucky applicant because your application accepted for futher processing.

Qorax

Many thanks to our Captain and other friends here. with your words, now I feel more comfortable as you always give informative replies. God bless ;)

Dear Seniors,
I would just like to ask, is there any chance of rejection after VO has requested us for medical and landing fee?
For Pre June 2010, currently how much time more to receive PPR, we have done our Medical March 17, 2012 and it reached London March 21, 2012.

Thanks,
Charm28

Well True ! Words of Captain never goes wrong.

I guess VO's are trying to complete the inital reveiw for all M1 applicants by June as planned and then would start processing the files further and they are sending you this letter to make sure that you are well informed of whats happening with your fiile and shouldnt disturb them during this period.
The letter from VO suggests that your inital review is complete and now your file will be processed for sure..I mean u dont have to fear rejection now at least on the NOC ...and thats a reall good news for anyone who applied on 0213 or 4131..Congrats.

We all would appreciate if you could share the copy of the letter from your VO.

Wll that s a fast conclusion overlooking so many other facts....PPl with other NOC's had also got such letters...I dont think it has anything to do with your NOC or priority list...

Hi friends,
In my e-Cas my addresss is showing Vancouver(I already got my passports with visa).
I see that there is a link which points to Update address.
My question is can I update it with my sisters address where I will be staying?

U can, but it won't be of any use... ur PR cards will be processed with the address-slip that u provide to the BSO while performing ur 'record of landing' at the a/port.

Hi Rlex,
Here is a snapshot from my file, I am feeling more optimistic now, though my e-case show no processing date as of yet :-\
