Citizen
Permanent Resident

Student
Other
Protected Person
Refugee Claimant

as I have resident permit for Qatar which option should I choose. Permanent Resident or other
And In other should I fill resident ?

Hey, Jacky, haven't heard of you. Hope things are fine with you.

Hi AbuElyas, Nice to hear you are done with MR, Great things are ahead for you and your family, don't worry about medicals tracking it's just a matter of time and you will have an extra line added to your E-Case"medicals Received" and later you will receive the long waited PPR. Hold on brother, you are so close... All the best ;) ;)

Prism u can attach copy of NIC and send covering letter explaining details.

Reg visa in UAE its worker visa if u r an employee, expats in uae r holding residence visa only not permanent resident visa.
Hope this helps

THANK YOU SO MUCH QORAX FOR REPLY SIR.

Hi Bugs Bunny.
Don't loose hope. Got my 2nd AOR in July 2010 but I'm still positive that we will have our MR soon.
A lot of Pre-June applicants (March to June 2010) are now receiving their MR at Manila visa office, I'm sure London VO will soon follow through.
In any case you have nothing to loose if you continue to wait but also nothing to gain if you withdraw at this point. I doubt if you will receive any refund from your agency either.

Hi

I want to withdraw my application.

Its been 11 months since i received my 2nd AOR and nothing has happened as yet. I know the processing time has increased, but I wish to not go further with the application process.

Now my dilemma is that I have paid my consultant (Premiers) all their fees already. If i withdraw now, how much will i lose? or get back? any idea?

You are not a permanent resident that's for sure... As you are working in Qatar and that's the reason you are a resident, then you should write worker.

buddy

dont loose hope , everything will be OK , if u withdraw ur consultant will not refund any, only money u will get is ur processing fee from CHC. so no benefit and later if u wish to re-apply ur NOC is not is list now. so buddy my suggestion is not to withdraw

Hello my friends,

I received my visa stamped last January and am planning for my first landing in June, can I land in Montreal and stay there for few days knowing that I applied as skilled worker and am not eligible to immigrate to Quebec province.
I'll show the immigration officer at Montreal Airport my onward ticket to Toronto, would that be possible?
or I have to take a connection flight to Toronto or Ottawa?
Please I need your help in order to plan my trip.

hi

u can land in any provinces (POE) expect Quebec if ur a FSW
