Hello my friends,

I received my visa stamped last January and am planning for my first landing in June, can I land in Montreal and stay there for few days knowing that I applied as skilled worker and am not eligible to immigrate to Quebec province.
I'll show the immigration officer at Montreal Airport my onward ticket to Toronto, would that be possible?
or I have to take a connection flight to Toronto or Ottawa?
Please I need your help in order to plan my trip.

Hi .. Query for all senior members..

One of the experience letters that i have was a small bussiness and in 2005 ...it doesnot have website and the email too is just the operators working in it.. But i worked as record management specialist in it for a year.. So will there be any problem if i apply for FSW catg-1 with this experience?

Thanks for all answers.. :)

Hi All,
First I would like to congartualte Sob for his safe landing and hope his daughter has now recovered. I would also like to congattulate Mef and Kur 761.
I'd like to seize the opportunity to heratily thank Biju for the March 23rd GET TOGETHER meeting initiative. Unfortunately, I am 1200 km away and just can't attend. I really wish I could. Anyway, I am pretty sure it's gonna be a success. It's just a wonderful idea that people having the same worries meet and share their experiences. I deeply admire and appreciate. May the AlMighty God bless you guys for ALL what you are doing here. You continuously prove that you DO what you preach. Undless thanks are due to Captain Qorax who has paved the way.

I did my Meds on March 8th and the DMP wouldn't send me the tracking references! I was wondering if this is my right that I have any pathway tracking references for my Meds.

Once again, thank you guys for the great work you are doing.

I wish Mycan and Jacky74 a safe and smooooooth landing in Canada.
Hey, Jacky, haven't heard of you. Hope things are fine with you.

Thank you Sir, for your wishes.

Wish you also all the best for PPR & PRV. See you soon in Toronto.

If it is one of the experience letters you can provide salary slip, bank statements & reference letters.

If it is the main experience based on which you are applying for FSW, then seniors can suggest you better.

Hi prism,
Nothing to worry,VO does ask abt additional docs at the time of MR, and these requests vary from person to person depending on case requirement.
I dont see any reason to fear, submit all the requested docs and relax.

Hi

I want to withdraw my application.

Its been 11 months since i received my 2nd AOR and nothing has happened as yet. I know the processing time has increased, but I wish to not go further with the application process.

Now my dilemma is that I have paid my consultant (Premiers) all their fees already. If i withdraw now, how much will i lose? or get back? any idea?

Bugs bunny,

How u know the processing time got increased I got my per on 24 feb 2012,do u think it take me very long processing times as well,I sent my files on 21 dec 2011,by the way I don't advise u to withdraw, u already paid a lot of money and time so just be patient, u can send them an inquiry to lvo.
