hi I receive a additional documents request today it is a general format but it has some new information which I want to share with all of you, may be it will help to any member who want to claim relative in Canada point .
Details is as follow:-
+ Provide proof that relative is a citizen or PR of Canada : This must include a copy of their Canadian passport, Citizenship, record of landing( IMM1000) or PR card.
+Provide proof that your relative is living in Canada at this time: Proof of residency should include Pay slip issued to your relative by their employer in Canada , Canadian Income Tax documents( recent notice of assessment) credit card and bank account statement showing that transaction occurred in Canada, We will not accept Utility bills, Telephone and Property Ownership documents as conclusive evidence that your relatives is living in Canada.

if u have received emails from CHC b4 for Updates, PER or AOR. u will receive the PPR by email only. :D
after u get PPR, to get the PP back CHC will send to the address metioned in ur return envelop enclosed.
