The same here, Decicion Made October 6, 2013. hmmm how many days you think the passport will comeback to us in Middle east (Bahrain)

Passports received after visa stamping..
Very very glad to inform all peers that Passports received after visa stamping yesterday..
a great relief at last ...
Visa stamped date is 01st Sept 2013 and valid till 5th August 2014..
Planning to go in April-May 2014..

Life is good
Kids settled in School
Home and furniture done
Now in Job hunting mode
One thing is that things move a bit slow - Have applied for a couple of jobs but don't expect to hear from them till atleast 2 weeks
That reminds me something for the benefit of all forum members anyone who lands here and is settling down permanently should apply for a police check with vulnerability the next day after landing as this is a requirement for Volunteering and specially if you want to work with any place that interacts with kids
Still getting used to 13% HST
We are settled in Burlington
When are you planning to land ?
Would advise anyone who is planning to come to move asap
