I have landed in Toronto 3 weeks back, didn't receive my PR card yet. I have got a job offer from Edmonton and planning to move there. I have used my friends address and he can receive my pr card. Do I need to inform CIC?

i did the medical last week and the doctor requested from to go to cardlogist to check if the blood pressure affect the heart or not .I am sure i do not have any heart probrem becuse i am always follow up with doctor but i am worry if this report included in my file and affect ppr request .please advice any one pass in this form had same probrem and he got alerady the PPR

If the final report from ur DMP goes OK -- u've no worries, whether or not that Cardio's report is attached. Relax, u'd be fine.
