Hi rKo,

1- do ecas status gets error some time before medical what you think..
- Yes, there r plenty of cases recorded on all forums about error in the e-cas. Which got rectified by itself in a couple of days, or when the applicants alerted the CHC.

2- if its negative decision when am going to recieve my refusal letter with explaining the reason for that.
- God forbid not, but if it's negative u'll hear from them in 1-2 months.

3- if my aeo approved can i apply again for Noc 1111 with AEO, my job offer is accountant senior clerk.
- Yes, u can. U'd then have 2 options. One, u request your CHC to revive your previously rejected case file (provided the reason was due to the AEO) -this process might save u time, as most/some of the work on the case would already have been completed. Two, u can apply afresh. Note that under the current rules, AEO cases r yet out on the 29/Cap regulations.

Good luck!

Congratulations !

Congratulations, my friend !
DHL delivers Pps in 24 hrs. And the CHC returns them in 2-3 weeks, usually.

Have a good time...

Hi Qorax,

How are you.If i get a Canadian dollar draft from any of the Money exchanges from Dubai, then how long does it take for it to realise once i deposit it in the bank account in canada.

Thanks

Dear Qorax,

CHC london has requested again an updated police clearance for me and my spouse but they are only giving us 30 days to comply. What happen when we send these docs. after 30 days? We already processed the said PCCs but we till now we have not receive it yet. Medicals and PRPF are done last May 2010 and we are eagerly waiting for the PPR.

Please advise what to do. Thanks

They'll not process your visa/s till the fresh PCCs r recd. Try & obtain them asap. If u can't, then info CHC the reason & expected date of receipt, vide an email.

Dear Qorax,

At the time of initial landing,my wife would be sporting jewellery on her.She would leave back to India shortly and maybe return after 6 months .So at the time of her second entry into canada she would still be bringing in those jewellery once again. Will there be a problem as initially it had been declared as brought into canada, but the custom officer might argue as it a new piece of jewellery coming in.Pls confirm.

Thanks

Very valid & logical question. Yes, it's bound to cause trouble. There's a procedure to declare valuables viz. Jewellery/electronics/laptops/cameras etc. being taken out of Canada for rebringing back. U get a Yellow Slip (while leaving) to prove.

However, small quantities, on person, should be Ok. They wouldn't mind unless she's decked like a Goddess.

Hi Qorax,

In that case the correct procedure would be to bring in part of the jewellery during the first landing and put it in a locker and declare the jewellery to follow, in the goods to follow list and ensure that the jewellery during the initial landing stays in Canada.
How about the locker system. Are they vended thro the commercial banks a la India.Pls confirm.

Thanks

Most banks offer a Free Locker to the Newcomer's A/Cs. TD, Scotia & RBC does, to my knowledge.
