Hi Charm,

Congratulations to you! The long wait is over and things are now falling into the right places. Goodluck and Godspeed.
It seems that we are somewhat the same in terms of our timeline.., we hope and pray that luck would favor us the next time. Enjoy the relief of the long wait!! Cheers!

Will pm you later...God bless and hope you"ll hear good news soon...

Dear Biju/Qorax/Seniors,

I am new to this forum. Please help me understand this message appearing in my Client Application Status:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 12, 2012.

As I have applied independently from UAE without using a consultant/lawyer, please let me know what will be the next step after this. I also received a letter dated 16th April 2012 from High Commission of Canada (UK) stating that my application has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing and they anticipate being able to advise me of the next processing steps in 6 to 12 months time. They also returned few of my original documents (work experience letters, marriage photographs, wife's birth certificate) stating that all irreplaceable original documents which were not obtained for the purpose of submitting an application for immigration, are being returned.

Now, I will appreciate if someone can let me know what is the next step and how much more time they require to inform me of the next step.

Thank you.

hi

Nowadays in our Visa its written in English too. If it's only in arabic then u need to translate by a legal translator. there are 2 offices in Al yasmin bldg near Galadari signal in Dubai. Many typing centers near the labour offices also do the legal translating. once tht is done no need for notorising coz u will send tht original with legal stamp.

Biju

thanks for ur reply BIJU:)

another question if u don't mind:) what if my employer here in Dubai won't give me JOB description, what should i do?? do we also need to translate our labour card, mine is not written in english.

thanks
