You can order caips anytime, it does not affect your application in any way, caips will give you a correct picture of what has happened with your file till date and when in next bring forward date i.e when will be your file next looked at.

Dear QORAX i received the following email in the response of my inquiry to LVO , i am feeling its not normal , please help me
Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry. Be advised that:

the normal time frame for processing of this case has not yet elapsed. Please refer to the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) letter. You were sent this AOR letter on March 21 which stated the service standards for Applications for permanent residence in Canada. If an interview or background enquiries are required, processing will be much longer and it is not possible to provide an estimate at this stage.

We will contact you as soon as we are ready to proceed to the next stage of processing or if we need additional documents and/or information.

Yours sincerely,

. I mean if caips is authorized from canadian immigration to provide this information to applicants.

CAIPS/GCMS notes r obtained from a cell of CIC itself.

Just wanted to share sad news. I received letter today which says I dont perform job duties as per NOC.
I think they are rejecting all those who applied specialty in IT profession.
Its realty frustrating for me but for them they have to reduce the back log :)

I don't think doing appeal will do anything so I would rather claim refund and apply again. And this time I think I should lie about profession as they don't trust truth ;)

Looking forward to expert advice from seniors so that I plan next step accordingly.

feel sad to hear that...
