We've received your application on 29th July.
When you think I'll have their next message and what will be the next?
At which stage CHC will ask for PCC?
Please let me know if you know. Thanks

next stage is Medical. CHC london asks for PCC with the meds.

@ Everyone who made it for the Al MAMZAR Park gathering of Friday-16th Dec,
Firstly, thanks very much for attending the lovely meet. The presence of the families really gave it a homely texture and helped us immensely made feel at home. The wonderful day was a bonus that just complemented us.
Gratitude to all the gracious presence from –Shankaran Bhai-Anjana-ji, Suresh Bhai & Vinay Bhai, Asif Bhai-Safrina-ji, Jignesh Bhai and Poorvi Ben, Jai Prakash & HarshaBen, Noor Bhai and his Home minister and others who attended and made it a success. Delightful to welcome, addition to our forum Family-i.e. the new comers-- Ms Vaishali, Dexter, Hitesh Bhai and family.
And lastly, but not in the least, a big hug of appreciation (from me too) to dear Biju Bhai for his untiring efforts to make the get together truly memorable.And some memories in the shape of the clicked photos have been posted here At this link :

Those who could not make it for various (not so convincing or genuine ) reasons like Sattar Bhai, Sharma-ji, Arman Bhai, Sohail Bhai, Balram Bhai, Vikram Bhai, Teacherji, Ali Adnan, and others were missed surely. Nevertheless, they must present them in the next meet, with written explanations; else their membership is liable to be annulled. 8) : NO NO, just kidding. But hope everyone got the message?

You can recognize Biju in the 3rd 4th and 5th pic from the left hand side 3 person wearing white T-shirt with maroon strips

Bharat bhai as always cheer full personality standing back side of jay(wearing blue T-shirt) in 4th and 5th pic

Jignesh u can not fine...he is invisible... ..joking..I was taking snaps..

Apart form these I request all other members to give their pic identity for others to identify in any of the pic.

Explanation accepted but on one condition-- that next time you and family should attend and celebrate your Visas (No hiding from that! 8)), by throwing a party with some home made cakes (White/Black Forest ), muffins etc. What with Christmas advancing, could'nt think of anything else, besides roasted Turkey and the works! ;D

But before that, do get well pretty soon, please. It is Christmas time!

Could anyone suggest what do I need to do to get rid of my consultant and deal with the London VO myself and would there be any harm if I want to get rid of my useless consultant.

hi pcc request will come along with medical request these days but after ur backround checks are done! But since ur file in process anytime u can expect MR!! Btw when ur ecas changed from rbvo to in process ? Mine still shows rbvo and I applied on 30 june,2011, but today my address is disapeared! Status still RBVO!!

hi everybody , really i am feeling sorry coz i couldnt come on Friday but , next time for sure , i ll not miss it .

Biju and all , my medicals were sent on 17/09/2011 and till today , my consultant is telling me that there is no reply yet .... what do u think , is reply too late ? or no worries ?

actually i was expecting them to tell me to send passports for stamping after 2 months from sending the medicals ... but 3 months passed already without any news .... pls advice

no cause for worries ma'am , it takes 100-130 days to get the PPR after meds received date. In addition DEcember is a slow month too

normally RBVO will change to "in process (with date ) after 90-120 days maxx

you can cancel ur agent by filling the form IMM 5476 (section C- cancelling part) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.PDF and send CHC by email and hard copy by courier.

make sure u have paid the full fee if u have signed any contact with the agent. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, I suggest that you also inform your representative of this cancellation.
