I was driving in Dubai last night and saw an Aramex truck and thought to myself, "Harshanimrani's passports and COPR are probably in there", so any news???

Also guys, I was looking to book my flights to Vancouver, I'm travelling on the 5th of Jan 2012. The BA flight I'm looking at has 2 options, one that lands in Heathrow at 14:00 (preferred) and leaves for Vancouver at 16:55 and the other which lands in Heathrow at 06:35 and leaves again at 16:55.

Do you think the first option is ok? It is almost 3 hours between the connecting flight, the other is over 10 hours? I'd really like you opinions! Also, would I need a UK transit visa for this flight? Thanks in advance everyone.

Dear we are waiting eagerly to see our passports with maple leaf Visa; i will let u know if any news come , as we have send our passports on 13th october and reached on 14t october.

Hi Wendy,

You made the right choice going with BA. Biju is absolutely right. The 3 hour transit is the best option as I always book the 3 hour option ticket for my mom as she visits my brother who lives in Vancouver.

I am waiting for the day when I book the ticket for me and my family. I guess there are a few months remaining, hopefully not more than 6 months. All the best! It will be your last official new year in Dubai for the coming years.

Well they have Water proof jackets but i am not sure if they have the shoes.

Going to Land soon...in Ottawa!

Hello Seniors,
I received my Paasport with visa finally. I plan to land in December or January in OTTAWA. Any one of you is there or planning to land there? I need guidance on what i need to do here in Dubai before leaving to Canada like any documents i need to take to get my driving licence etc., and if any of you is living in Ottawa maybe can help me plan my arrival. Thank you guys, you have always been great help.

If you have 24 months or more driving experience in Dubai make sure you get the LOA from RTA Dubai. THis will help you get the Ontario License without waiting period.
