474 is a pretty good score. However, in the recent times, score draw points have gone up to the 500+ range. Your best option would be to apply for a provincial nomination which would add 600 points to your profile, once u get thru. No idea about chemical sales, but u will get a rough idea by giving a mock search on indeed or workopolis.
