You can send PPs by Aramex or take them to Abu Dhabi Embassy by yourself but the return will be through Aramex only, the easiest option is Aramex, just call them to arrange a pick up or visit any Aramex location, once the pick up guy comes to collect the delivery, ask him to give you a blank airway form (return airway bill), fill it carefully by putting your address and phone number, than put this airway bill in the same envelope along with your passports, photos and updated information chart, the delivery charges would be 100 AED per passport plus 40 AED delivery fee, you do not need to pay any thing for the return delivery at this point, once you will receive the passports you just need to pay AED 30 to the Aramex delivery man.fatima20 said:Hi all!!!

Dears,
I need your advise. My wife applied for Canadian Immigration 4-5 years back in Dubai at NASC (North American Service Center). The last time we visited NASC was around 7 months back. They told us that our application was denied. If our application was denied, we need to get a refund right? at least for the AED 6,500 we gave them for the fee for 3 of us? The first time we visited them they asked AED10,000 at the same day for their fee. We gave them another AED 6,500 for the fee for me, my wife and our daughter. After few months, they told us they need a copy of our papers and each photocopy of our papers cost AED 50 X 40 papers = AED 2,000. We regret of not pushing them and I think they didn't even submitted our papers and was simply taking money. Is there a way to check if our application was applied? Please advise.
Thanks in advance.

HI....Ask for proof of delivery, if they dnt, then ask when the application was delivered.
Email CIO mentioning your name/passport number/DOB/Country of Birth and ask for status....if they reply that they cnt find your application, then take this email copy along with all the letters of your communication with consultant and log a complaint with Consumer Protection...
I got my money refunded in the same way... All the Best

Dears,
We got a reply from Central Intake Office that they are not the holder of our application and advice us to direct our email/enquiry to the Visa Office London.
Does this means that our application is not applied? We have a file number but we are not sure if our application is applied, we don't know the process. What is the email of Visa Office London?
Thank you in advance.

Hi echoboxone
This means that your file has already been transferred to London. This also means that you have passed the eligibility test. Your file number proves that you have a PER.
Your application is very much filed.
You can check your ECAS status online here using your UCI# or Application#:
There is no point contacting LVO at this moment. You will receive an AOR from LVO (can't comment on the timelines) and/or there will be a second line update on your ECAS (URL provided above) which will be followed by a Medical request for you and your family (if applicable) after successful background check.
Good Luck.

I have checked the status of our application at the above link provided by nishesh3003 but file number were not able to identify.
NASC always change their staffs, the 2nd person who handled our application told us that NASC will re-submit our application but she left the company, don't know if they should provide a new file number if re-submitted.
I only replied just now as I don't know how to attached an image in this forum and doesn't allow me to post link. How can i post a photo or link here?
What is the email of Visa London Office? Please advise.
Thank you in advance.
Is the abu dhabi embassy does visa stamping? I heard they will send it to the LVO for stampingatharabbas said:Does anyone know currently how much time Abu Dhabi embassy is taking for visa stamping? I submitted the passport on 7th Feb. Two weeks have been passed but still no call from Aramex.
As per LVO document, it should have been done in 10 working days.
