Hi All,
I made EE profile along with Manitoba pnp profile last year December. Profiles are still active.
Now, I am going to apply for study permit in a few days. In form 1294e, I have mentioned regarding these active profiles.

1. In my case, is it gonna be considered dual intent because the profiles are just active and I haven’t received any invitation or uci?
2. should I mention about profiles in my SOP as well? What should i write?

Just be transparent. I had a withdrawn EE profile and my spouse PR/OWP application where I'm dependent is in progress.
My SP got approved. I disclose this applications in the IMM form. The SOP focuses on my SP application and it address on usual question, like hometies, study plan, financials, etc.

Dual intent should not be a problem. IRCC claims to respect it but it really depends on the VO. We've seen refusal GCMS notes that noted existing EE profile. To be safe, a few people withdrew their EE profile prior to applying. Better still, you can open another GCKey for your study permit if you're worried.

BTW, you don't have to mention your EE anywhere in your SP application. As long as you have not received an ITA and/or submitted a PR application, you are not considered to have applied to IRCC.

Hello guys,
I have a Permeant Residence application in progress, now my wife (my dependent in the PR applicant) got accepted in Carleton university and wants to apply for a study permit. Can this process impede our PR application? Or we got refusal for or PR application?
