Dual Degree Canada Express Entry - 1 year language certification.

Hi

I have done B Tech : 2008 -2012 .
Have Experience as a software developer from 2012 to Present.
Currently living and working in Japan.
I am not sure if I will move to Canada or anywhere else in near future but one thing I am sure about is , I have to learn Japanese language.
I found one Certification in Japanese Language from IGNOU for 1 year which provides very nice study materials .

Will this 1 year language certification and 4 years B Tech make me eligible for Dual Degree or certificates ?

You need to confirm that by checking out the insitution on WES website.Also you can search in the forum itself by using the search tab on top left corner.
Just enter the course name in keyword .If somebody else used the same certificate,you will get to know and then message him.

The University is listed under WES but the course is not.
