Dual Citizenship - Philippines

Question for Philippines passport holders - when you obtain your Canadian Citizenship and apply for retention/reacquisition of Philippines citizenship and it is approved, are you provided with a new set of passports?

My wife and I still have valid passports but my kids will expire soon.

Looking for someone who has any experience or have applied before..

Your passport is automaticakky becomes invalid already as soon as you took your Canadian citizen whether it is valid or not. The Philippine Embassy will issue you a brand new one as soon as you takr oath again as a Filipino citizen. Better call the Philippine Embassy or Consulate near you.
