Hey guys my wife and I area little worried since we are legally married in Costa Rica but she had to use her costarican citizenship so when we get our marriage certificate she appears to have two lastname and it says that she is a costarican, so how do we prove or is it necessary to prove that she is married to me as a costarican even though she was born in canada.
P.S She sponsors me.

Does she have her Canadian citizenship papers? If so, problem solved!
If not...she may need to get them.

Does she have her Canadian birth certificate if so problem solved. Does she also carry a Canadian passport , she may want to apply for one if not . I carry two passports.

Yeah she has everything, :D thank you guys so much I feel better now, the thing is that she does have them but she married me with her costarican identity lets say.

as long as her Costa Rican identity is valid and legal, then the marriage is valid and legal. If her Costa Rican identity is in question at all, based on her Canadian citizenship then you might have a problem showing the legality of the marriage.
