My father has dual citizenship with US and Canadian. I was born in Canada and adopted by my dad and mom as an infant. Do I hold dual citizenship or only Canadian ? I've lived in Canada my entire life of 50 years

You'll need to post your question to a US immigration forum. You are obviously Canadian since you were born in Canada. Whether you also have US citizenship depends on several factors including when / how long your father lived in the US.

Usually your parents had to apply for US citizenship as an infant. You'd have a pretty large IRS bill by now if you are!
