Dual citizen Argentinian with Italian passport - Working holiday for Italy

Hi Everyone!

I was doing some research, and I found out that my country Argentina does not have an agreement with Canada for Working Holidays Visa.
But since I am also Italian, I checked for that country and there is a program.
The requirements:

To be eligible for the Working Holiday category, you must:
be an Italian citizen,
have a valid Italian passport for the duration of your stay in Canada—your work permit in Canada will not be longer than the validity of your passport,
provide your permanent address in Italy in your work permit application,
be between the ages of 18 and 35 (inclusive),
have the equivalent of CAN$2,500 to help cover your expenses in Canada,
be able to take out health insurance for the duration of your stay—you may have to present evidence of this insurance when you enter Canada,
be admissible to Canada,
have, prior to departure, a round-trip ticket or demonstrate that you will have the financial resources to purchase a departure ticket at the end of your authorized stay in Canada,
not be accompanied by dependents, and
pay the fees.

After checking all of them, I came to realize that they ask ti have a permanent adress in Italy for my work permit application.
Needless to say, I don't have it. But I do have relatives in that country.

So my question is, it has to be a legal adress or this is just to send paperwork? do they check the adress or I could use the adress of my family in Milan?

You have to be physically living in Italy at the time you apply to qualify. Providing a relative's address won't work. You'd have to move to Italy first and then apply.

Reading what you shared, I found this..

Residence requirements
If the applicant’s current residential address is not in their country of citizenship, then they need to provide a “permanent mailing” address that is in their country of citizenship.

That's what I meant with providing my family's adress.. am I wrong? cause my country does not have a program, but I would like to apply..

but if you read the Rules specific to Italy the difference is ' must be a resident at time of application' whereas what you quote here refers to people /countries who are not required to be resident at the time of application but may be travelling so they are allowed to provide a mailing address in home country. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/opinion/experience/bilat.asp

Hello all,
I found this thread by searching for the residence circumstances, as I have pretty much same issue as mentioned above,
I am currently traveling and got Invitation To Apply - what was unexpected. I am not able to go back to the residing country, as situated on the other side of globe.
Can anybody recommend whether decline the ITA (invitation to apply), or complete the application. I dont posses any evidence of country of passport residence, as I only work there on seasonal basis, and traveling rest of year. In other words - I live in Italy for the duration of my work (7mths) and then off for travels... Im an italian citizen
Sorry to bother you with somehow sketchy lines, I just want to clear up before going further, as application refusal can cause future application inconveniences - so thats whyIm so worried.
