Greeting everyone I have a few questions.
My friend wants to drop her refugee claim and shes want to send her children back to her home country to live with her parents ahead of time.
One of her kids came with her to Canada and they are all accepted regugee but have not applied for PR as yet. Can she drop her child’s claim now and drop her claim later?
Or does she have to drop all of their claims at the same time?
She is leaving at the end of the year so how early can she drop herclaim?
I know when someone drops their claim they have to provide a date as to when they will leave so she’s just trying to find out how to go about things the right way?
