Hi, we are accepted refugee. We will apply for PR but I wanted to know can you apply in a different province but live in Ontario? reason being wait times in Ontario are very long compared to other province.

If you haven’t gotten a negative decision as yet you don’t have to pay however if u already got a negative decision you have to pay. I applied by mail and mine took 3 months but I received an email to say it would be approved in 2 months.

He can be your witness to your hearing and if he apply to be a refugee and the story is the same it will make it easier for him if you get a positive decision

You cannot study in Canada until you are accepted as a refugee and it takes atleast 2 years to get hearing before you’re accepted
