Could someone give me an advice please?

Myself and my fiancee are Slovak nationals living in Ireland for a couple of years now. We applied for a Canadian PR visa last year in November and hoping to get them anytime soon.
We are really concerned now because in June this year I had had few beers on an empty stomach and took a stupid risk and drove.. Of course I was unlucky and police stopped me. The limit in Ireland is 0.35microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, I had 0.37.
My question is, will we be refused? I had never any problem with law whatsoever, so I am very very nervous what can happen. I had a court today and it was delayed for 4th of February and that will be a final one. We also applied for a criminal record documents from Ireland, as we will need them for Canada, so I don't know if the conviction appears there already or would it appear there only after I will be sentenced?

I will appreciate your advices.
Thank you

Your best bet would be to visit this website and post your question there. There are bunch of Irish and British people talk about these kind of things.
