No Embassy doesn’t provide that driving licences experience, you have to contact transport department of your country .

My last name is not on my indian DL and abstract but last name is on passport , adhar card (all documents are photo ids). drivetest official told me that they can't add my driving experience as name is not matching. is there a way to get experience added in Ontario without applying for new license and attract from India?
