Driving License - DL Extract from China

Hello,

I'm currently working in China, and have been living here since past 7 years. I hold a Chinese Driving License.

As I'm trying to avoid to travel back to India, and take a direct flight to Canada, I cannot get my DL Extract. Does anyone know if there is similar thing which I can get from China?

Are you referring the mainland? Btw, why do you need extract. I thought insurance letters would be suffice.

Yes, I'm referring to Mainland China. I've heard from most immigrants (from India), if we can get a DL extract from India, then we can skip the G2 Test. Otherwise I'll need to take that.
So I'm trying to figure out if there's a similar document which I can collect from China.

Pretty sure your license with translation would be suffice to get the license in BC.

No, I didn't. But I have a friend and she made it without an extract.

Wonder if OP is relocating to BC or Ontario. Rules may be slightly different.

Just fake the extract.. most are anyway
