Driving History Report (Australia)

hello guys,

I am from India and I have lived in AU for 3 years. Now I got an invitation to apply from CANADA. so my question is along with the PCC of India and Australia, should I also need driving history report? I think I read something before or someone told me to upload this too.

do you guys have any suggestion? Is it really needed? Driving History report of Australia.

Traffic history is required for only the states of Victoria (where Melbourne is) and Queensland. Your application will be rejected if these are not included.

Okay. Yea I remember now. This was the same information that I was talking about. But this sort of info the IRCc website doesn’t mention. Others need to be careful who are applying from these states then. Anyway, how did you get to know about this?

Lost 4 points out of 12 which means in future if I lose another 8, I will lose my license. In my case it’s just 4, how does this look? Am not sure if you have information about this.

In order to affect your application the points you lost have to be infractions in the Criminal Code of Canada.

Most traffic offences are handled under provincial legislation, not the criminal code of Canada, but some offences are in the criminal code. Those are the only ones that could be grounds for criminal inadmissibility.
