Hi guys,

As I am Australian, I fall into the reciprocal category for the license swap. However, as I renewed my licenses late 2016 it only shows that date as the effective date, thus it would seem I have had my license only a few months.

My question is that I have photocopies on my computer of the license I had prior to this renewal (which indicate 4+ years driving experience). Would this be deemed enough proof that I have more than 2 years experience?

I would call a registry and ask, however most are closed now!

Thanks for any input and answers.

Refer to this link if you plan to get a license in Ontario.
