Either cic had a fixed date from long back..say 31st january and they will declare on that day

They have messed up something very badly and working towards to fix it...

Seeing the way CIC is moving i dont think the draw will happen anytime in january.
they might launch ministerial instructions if nothing else.
We're probably looking for sometime in February.
again these ate just my thoughts so, dont panic guys!

Oh that sure will accelerate the process. They are just waiting for the messages to compel them to pick draws.

The draw will be on Saturday. MI get published in Canada Gazette in every Saturday and every other Wednesday. There was nothing on last Wednesday's release, I think the draw will be on saturday after the MI gets published in Canada Gazzette. Calm down guys. Good luck for everyone hoping to get ITA in first draw.

What is really strange is that no one in the media is talking about it. I would have expected newspapers to be talking or at least David Cohen.

I have stopped checking. What is also strange is that they allowed us to sign up on first, knowing that they were changing the funding requirement.
