CIC expects it to, once the backlog is worked through. I would consider it extremely likely that 455 would be picked within the next year, and highly probable that they get to that level within the next 4-6 months. It would not surprise me to see that draw by the end of February.

Not yet, but I remember the previous times I have got an ITA they came to me on 'Saturday' not 'Friday'. I don't know why this happens. Also, it was only after my last ITA that another forum member told me to submit my Australian CA to WES for an ECA. Submitted on 28 Dec so still waiting for them to get back to me as well.

If its a positive assessment (ie 'Graduate Diploma) per the CA website I may be able to choos '2 or more degrees...' increasing my score to 486.

Im almost done with my package for Ontario. several pounds of paper work. Supposing I get nominated (hopefully one day), will I have to do it all over again (send hard copies) after ITA?

i am filling my form.
im stuck at filling in the addresses of all the places ive lived in the past 10 years.
ive visited alot of countries, mostly for two weeks ....highest is 7 weeks.do i need to include this plus the hotel addresses?or just the places where i had resident status?

A set back to people who are waiting below 460. The 23 rd summit met and they said the number of invitees will increase in the following draw. On the contrary the Invitees are decreasing.

I think it increased because sinp nominated so many guys in December last week and that too in an unexpectedly fast manner. Let's hope scores come down soon

Hi all
I had a question I applied for ainp on July 2015 and still waiting. My express entry score is 436 and yesterday got a message from Ontario immigration that I can apply for oinp.
I am wondering is it possible to have two files like one ainp already in process and one oinp can I apply or not.
Second little worried if apply for oinp and in mean time if score comes down to 436 which may be will they consider my file in that or not.
Third with in how many days oinp gives a or

Its mostly electronic application which means u hv to upload all ur documents online, If they'll require ur originals then they'll ask u for them.

let us assume there were about 50K applications filed in 2014 which got processed in 2015.
This means this year CIC will issue at least 60K ITA. going by this trend lets say number of applicants filing EE remains same, little increase in Province Nominations, scores are bound to come down.

Exception to this is that this is mere guess work, real things only CIC know ;D ;D ;D

a logical guess supported by 23rd summit met. They said the backlog is nearly getting over and you will soon see a rise in No of invitees. This means Province are given more quota also. The equation wont be the same this year.
