PFL means procedural fairness letter. When did you submitted your full application? I submitted mine 2nd week of August.

Hi, if you did not receive a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) in your email, no need to send a respond letter. They sent me PFL because they requested for additional documents before they make the final decision. You can just wait for your nomination letter.
