Hi
I have a query..please help me out.
Actually I created my EE profile in which the country of residence was by mistake choosen different instead of Canada, while I am in Canada and do have Canadian education and work experience. But this mistake came to my notice after I received ITA under this FSW draw, so is there any way I can update my EE profile or will it be a problem if I go ahead with my APR where I can change it ?

Can anyone guide me in this situation ??
If it does not change your points, it does not matter but you explain this clearly in your LOE

No
It's not a TRV that they can use their descreetion, they have to go by the law.

As per the experience calculation it's always been month to month regardless of dates , some people don't update their profile when they loose their current job and when they get ITA they cannot provide evidence and get rejected
For sure, everything is followed by the law. Assumptions doesn't work here. If a candidate doesn't meet the program eligibility requirements at the time of submission, officers can reject the whole application as part of section A11.2 assessment. It doesn't matter if it's a past job or current job, your data is recorded and locked once the application is submitted. The same is verified for eligibility. We have seen candidates with similar situations being challenged in past.

If you still wish to proceed, it's your choice.

Will normal traditional crs based draws continue after April, or just NOC specific? Very tensed about it PGWP expiring in October.

What is your CRS?
I think whenever the NOC specific draws start, they will not stop traditional both are expected to run parallel and noc based are expected to speed up only gradually.

I am sure there will be a CEC draw. Soon
