I have a score of 388 (for the draw that happened on June 10th 2021) and did not receive the ITA yet. I read in other forums here that it will take from 24-36 hours to receive the ITA's. Any one received the ITA's?

I am regularly checking my mails like never before. Nothing in spam. There are no new messages on the CIC account page as well.

Do you have at least a year of work experience in Canada within the last three years? Does your profile show that you are eligible under CEC?

Thanks for responding. I have less than 1 year of Canadian experience in the last 3 years. (But if they consider last 10 years then I do).
So does that mean - having less than an years experience in the last 3 years does not qualify me for this CEC draw?

You don't qualify for CEC. That's why you didn't receive ITA.

You need to have 1 year of Canadian work experience within the last 3 years to qualify for CEC.

Thank you, That puts everything that I am assuming at rest.
After your question I was looking at my profile page and I only qualify under the FSW category. Can you please advise what are the other options available for me. Will there be a FSW specific draw and I think the score requirements for such a draw will be much higher.

We don't know when the FSW draws will resume. When they do resume, scores will be 470+. Your score is too low to be selected.

You should research the PNP programs to see if any of those are options for you.
