Hello Friends.

I claimed Foreign Work experience during creating EE Profile.
Since the cutoff is very down, can I shift my Foreign Work Experience from Work Experience to Personal History as I do not want to contact my previous employer for getting the required wordings of CIC.

Hoping that this should not be a reason of rejection to shift Foreign Work Experience to Personal History.
Can anyone confirm if someone has done this before.

Thanks

That’s fine, as long as your recalculated CRS is above cut off and you still meet the eligibility - 1 year Canadian work experience and valid language exams based on NOC category.

Hello Everyone,
I've rejected the US B1/B2 visitor visa. I have below doubt in two statutory questions

Has xxx been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Has xxx ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Do I need to answer yes to both?

Answer yes to both. Mention when you were refused. And if you recall any other details that lead to such refusal.

Hi,
If there is a situation when You have worked for same employer but different location- the list of documents ask You to provide separate employement record. My question here is as the experience is of the same company, do we need to provide two separate letters with experience in India and Canada?

Nope, not required. If its the same job in the same company, it is the same set of employment records you have to upload. MyCIC creates separate placeholders for each time-period/location you mention, even if it is the same job. But if you have any deputation/transfer letters you can attach it.

If it has different company names, registered addresses, contact info, different HR department maintaing the employment records, despite being under the same company umbrella, better have it separate.

Indian experience is under Indian HR Department and Canada HR manages for Canada Location. The job roles and responsibilities are same. Getting the reference letter from Canada HR is doable, in order to get one from India one might be troublesome. In that case- will a colleague working in India for the same employer sign the letter?

It has to be signed your immediate supervisor + all the required details by IRCC (company letter head, contact info, etc.). If it’s too problematic to get your Indian work experience letter, you can remove it from the work history and move it to personal history. If your recalculated score is still above cut off AND still meet CEC eligibility, you’ll be fine.

Hi, Opening this thread where we can discuss about the next steps after receiving ITA. So, please post questions which deals with Documentation/Process work for CEC class. Appreciate the experienced members to join here and help us utilise this forum more effectively.
Hello,
I have one question. By mistake, I did Yes on "Was MARGESH HARSHADKUMAR PARMAR awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study? " this section for my back home degree. So they did not ask for my WES credentials to upload, but I have uploaded them when I submitted my Degree and Certificate documents.
is that a problem because I cannot change it now as my application is under process.
AOR- October 24, 2020.

Hi, I got IVT. Can I leave Canada after applying it and waiting approval, or should I leave before applying and sending documents after coming back in 90days without losing my status? I have valid visa so I can re-enter, wonder if it affects my pr status. (why I'm traveling is not a point, please don't focus about it)
