Yes, move it to personal history. Recalculate your CRS to be sure. If there’s a change, put an explanation.@NOC98 Thanks! So, even before ITA(EE Profile), I showed all my previous companies, and now we can move any companies that not giving me any points to Personal history(to simplify and less documentation), So in that case do we need to explain this change in LOE?
If you’re CEC, you don’t need to provide POF. In my case, I just put “0” on PoF on my EE profile and the system didn’t ask me for PoF documents. If you have an amount other than 0 indicated on your PR application, you can just upload a letter in that placeholder stating that you were invited under CEC and quote and take a screenshot of the link I shared above.@NOC98 . So even if I have not a valid job offer( Answer: 'No'), I don't have to show POF? If true, then do I need to update the value to "0", where it asks "How much money you will bring to Canda", while filling e-APR? TIA
Thank you @NOC98Yes, move it to personal history. Recalculate your CRS to be sure. If there’s a change, put an explanation.
No, that’s not considered a job offer. The job offer points is for future employment, 1 year after you got your PR.I have a doubt..
I'm currently working for the same Company I've been working for the past 3 years.
I recently (January) got a promotion.
Does that count as a valid job offer (it is for NOC 0, full time, etc etc)?
I know losing 50 pts won't hurt because of the low cut-off, but I still wanna declare the truth.
Any tips?
Do you have an ITA since you say losing points won’t hurt? You need a LMIA to count the 50 points.I have a doubt..

Even if the offer is for permanent position, and it will go for over 1 year after I get PR?No, that’s not considered a job offer. The job offer points is for future employment, 1 year after you got your PR.

If on a closed work permit then just ask your employer for a job offer letter stating you have employment one year past PR. This is in the requirements.I do have ITA.
My work permit for which I got an offer is LMIA exempt
I'm gonna do that. ThanksIf on a closed work permit then just ask your employer for a job offer letter stating you have employment one year past PR. This is in the requirements.
that’s IRCC’s requirement. The officer will look for that specifically. Tbh, if your points are high enough without the job offer, save yourself some time and not bother getting those documents. A job promotion is not a job offer from IRCC’s point of view.Even if the offer is for permanent position, and it will go for over 1 year after I get PR?
I mean, who gets an offer for a job to start 1 later?
Hello Brother , I am also in the same boat , have you receive any relevant answer as i have checked apart from some position fall under noc 9213 we donot need certificate of qualification. I just want confirm it if its true or notHello everyone!
I need some advice, please
My foreign work experience's NOC (2211) is different from my Canadian work experience's NOC (9213)
My most recent work experience is Canadian which I got a CEC invitation based on that.
I am wondering which NOC should be my main NOC.
Also, I think NOC 9213 is kind of tricky, as it's saying 92 is a skilled trade NOC and maybe I need a Canadian certificate for that. I don't want to risk it.
Please let me know your thoughts
Thanks
