Hi all & seniors,
two of my friends claimed that they have applied mar10,2010 & starting of 2010 in REG NURSE CATEGORY, and never submitted IELTS results.Now they got PR and leaving for Canada on this May.Is it true?

Can anyone remember when THE system was started with IELTS submiSSION within 120 days?

If ur education was all in english,can we submit a letter for proficient in language by which u will be escaped from IELTS?when it was started and later demolished?

Is there any truth in their statements?they all processed with help of agency.
WHEN IS THE SYSTEM STARTED WITH A REQUIREMENT OF 120 DAYS DEADLINE FOR IELTS RESULTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION?ANYone can remember?
