my spouse ielts is
L:6.5
R:5.5
S:6.5
W:6.5

and they wrote over all 6.5..how it is so?
(6.5+6.5+6.5+5.5)/4 = 6.25
they wrote it correct?

btw, i have one question.. my dad will be applying for MPNP General stream as a principal sponsor..
Is he the only one who will take IELTS or my mother should take it also eventhough she's my dad's dependent?
