Doubts related to TRV

Okay so I have a list of questions here. Just looking forward to get any kind of help I can.
A little background on my case:
I came here on Spousal Sponsorship, went thru an abusive marriage. Left my husband. And I’m pregnant now. Getting funds from Ontario Works. Currently unemployed. Looking for my own place. Living with a friend currently. I don’t have any family here.
I’m looking forward to apply for a Visitor’s visa for my mom. I’ll be stating in my LOI that I need her for moral support.
Now my questions are
  1. Does me being on Ontario Works impact my mother’s Visitor’s Visa application?
  2. My sister back home will be financing my mother’s trip. So can I give my sister’s bank statements and her information instead of showing my mother’s finances and bank account? What do you people suggest? Which option is better?
  3. In terms of strong ties, My mother has a property to her name back home. My father and my younger siblings won’t be traveling with her. She’s a homemaker so she doesn’t have any job to go back to. Will that be sufficient?
  4. As I mentioned I’m residing with a friend of mine. Although I’m looking for my own place but I was thinking to apply for her visa right away so that she gets her visa around my delivery time. So can I put up my friend’s address in Visa Application? Or is it mandatory to put my own address?
  5. Do you think a letter from my doctor and Children’s Aid Society (CAS) requesting CIC to grant my mother visitor’s visa for my well-being and moral support help speed up my case?
That’s it for now.
Thanks a lot!

1. Possibly, as you may not be able to support your mother during her visit
2. You can provide both of your finances, but your unemployment/Ontario Works may be a red flag.
3. No
4. Wherever you live at the time of application
5. Likely not

I'm sorry about your situation, but "moral support" during pregnancy and delivery is usually not an accepted reason to visit Canada. You can certainly try, and who knows. Visa officers are human too.

As well to question # 4, timing her arrival to your delivery will look like she’ll be helping you care for the newborn . That’s sometimes looked upon as unauthorized work
CAS will have no influence at all upon your mother getting approved , they are just another government agency

How much money do a Canadian PR need to show in the bank if applying for TRV for 2 younger siblings ?

Are they minors? If they are adults it is them that would have to show that they can support themselves without relying on you not the other way around.

No, you don't have to provide your bank statements or anything like that. A simple letter of invitation is usually all that's needed.
