doubts infinite :( plz help

Dear all,

I am filling the general application form and i came across a few doubts. It would be great if you can lend a helping hand...am applying for 0112 and my ielts is ready. Any response is truly appreciated. The questions are as under:

1. What happens if i click no for the national identification (What should we actually provide for national identification)\
2. My husband is an advocate. He is running a law firm. Should i even produce documents for this kind of business? If yes what documents should i provide?
3. The consent to release line does not allow me to type.. can i print it write by pen and sign it?
4. With this form i should submit my IELTS, passport copy, birth certificates and marriage certificate right? Did i miss something please guide.
5. Also the noc name is HR managers bt my job responsibilities are that of an HR administrator.. should be fine right?


Also i would like to know when i should have the funds ready in my account. My WES is coming by 28th nov Should i deposit funds before that? or can i just deposit at the time my application is ready.Please guide. and can i pay the CIC fees by debit card?

1. Click no if you don't have national ID. Most countries don't have it.
2. No need for spouse's work documents if he is a dependent in the application.
3. Not sure what form this is. But other than the generic form, you can print and sign.
4. You should check the FSW checklist to know for sure what you need to submit. From your list, you are missing WES report, academic certificates, work experience letters, proof of fund document, photos, PCC (if available). There could be others based on your specific personal situation.
5. As long as your job duties match, title doesn't matter.

The funds should already be in your account when you submit your application. YOu should submit proof of funds with the application either as bank statement or bank certificate. It's best to send 3-6 months bank statement if you opt for this. Otherwise, you might be asked later on to submit this, so the money should always be in the bank until you land in Canada. Debit card is OK for fee payment.

Thanks a trillion for helping .. I think am a lot more clearer than before. I got my ECA completed. Do i have to look into something because there are no points nothing. It said its equalent to bachelors in canada.. should i do something about it?

That's all you are going to get from ECA report. CIC will award you 21 points for a Bachelor's degree based on the report.

Mate,

My current company is not providing me with the reference letter..but i have the offer letter promotion letter salry details payslips etc.. should it help? can i just give an explanation that the employer is not providing the details... or should it be in stamp paper?

I know am so annoying but plz bear with me and help..

You can ask your colleagues and seniors to provide you with reference letters with details on duties performed. It need not be from HR or on company letter head. What it must include is your colleague/Boss's contact details and their company email addresses. Also the letters need details about duites performed.

I have another problem. The address in my passport and my hubbys passport are different should that be a problem?

Nope. It is same with me and I am through with my Interview and Medicals.
You should have valid marriage documents though.(Marriage certificate)
